New Veterans Affairs Clinic
A new 65,000 square foot space located in Tillman’s Corner, Mobile AL, will be dedicated to building a new Veterans Affairs Clinic. We are excited and honored to be able to help create this new state of the art facilitie to help our veterans.

Infirmary Health Malbis
Infirmary health will be a freestanding medical emergency department located on the corner of Highway 90 and Highway 181 in Daphne. It will be built on 22.000 Square Feet on the Malbis Plantation property. It is expected to be open 24 hours, 7 days a week with full service trauma rooms. 12 exam rooms, in-house lab, and vast medical imaging services (MRI, CT, X-Ray, and more).

Gulf Shores Medical Park
Gulf Shores Medical Park, located at 3620 Gulf Shores Parkway in Gulf Shores, Alabama is a ±55,000 square foot two-story medical office building on approximately four acres. The site contains ±42,818 square feet of rentable area. Built in 2008, the property is zoned BG-1, or General Business. It is currently 89% leased, with some unfinished areas still available for lease.
Sacred Heart Health System has leased space in the building since 2008. Their leases will expire in 2018. At present, the building is 89% leased, but they are not currently occupying any space in the building. Contract rents are above market rents as the space was expected to
be used as an ASC.

Publix will be coming to Midtown Mobile and Gulf Breeze Pensacola soon. Sites have already been selected and demolition of previous structures and ground preparation is already occurring. Publix hopes to open its Midtown Location early 2018 and the Gulf Breeze location soon after.
