Owner, Principal and Qualifying Broker
Mr. Vallas is currently the Qualifying Broker for Vallas Realty, Inc. Opened in 2009, Vallas Realty has overseen multiple notable transactions including buyer and tenant representation, seller representation, landlord and tenant representation, site selection services for national, regional and local retailers and restaurants. Vallas Realty has extensive experience in the marketing and sale of special assets and REO properties. Vallas Realty, Inc. is licensed in Alabama, Florida, and Mississippi.
Kenny Nichols
SALES AGENT
Mr. Nichols joined Vallas Realty in 2016 as a Sales Agent specializing in brokerage and site selection for national, regional, and local tenants. Prior to entering the commercial real estate field, Mr. Nichols spent nearly nine years in the consulting engineering profession working with large governmental and private sector clients and brings a tremendous amount of knowledge on policy and permitting to Vallas Realty Inc.

Mr. Cook is currently the lead Sales Agent for Vallas Realty, Inc. He has overseen multiple notable transactions including buyer and tenant representation, seller representation, landlord and tenant representation, site selection services for national, regional and local retailers, restaurants and large office users. Mr. Cook has extensive experience in the marketing and sale of investment properties, special assets and REO properties.
Amber Hightower Dedeaux

Ms. Dedeaux is currently an Associate Broker for Vallas Realty, Inc. in Alabama, and the Qualifying Broker for VRI in Florida. She joined the company at its inception in 2009. Ms. Dedeaux’s current focus and responsibilities include the leasing of listed shopping centers, as well as tenant representation. Her current portfolio of listed shopping centers stretches from Semmes in west Mobile County, to several centers in Mobile, Saraland, Orange Beach, and Gulf Breeze. Ms. Dedeaux represents over 415,000 square feet of retail space.
Leigh Ann Hadley
Property Management and Bookkeeper
Manages the day-to-day operations of the company’s commercial real estate portfolio while overseeing bookkeeping and financial recordkeeping. Responsibilities include coordinating tenant communications, tracking rent payments, managing vendor invoices, maintaining property records, assisting with lease administration, reconciling accounts, preparing financial reports, and supporting ownership with budgeting and property-related financial decisions

Mr. Neubauer joined Vallas Realty, Inc. in 2025 as a Sales Agent specializing in the brokerage of office, retail, industrial, and land across both sales and leasing assignments. Prior to joining Vallas Realty, Mr. Neubauer began his commercial real estate career with Teramore Development LLC, a company that produces approximately 50 BTS locations annually as a preferred Dollar General developer. Mr. Neubauer holds real estate licenses in Alabama, Georgia, and Florida and earned his M.S. in Sports Business Management and B.S. in Business Management from the University of Alabama.
