Current Responsibilities
Manages the day-to-day operations of the company’s commercial real estate portfolio while overseeing bookkeeping and financial recordkeeping. Responsibilities include coordinating tenant communications, tracking rent payments, managing vendor invoices, maintaining property records, assisting with lease administration, reconciling accounts, preparing financial reports, and supporting ownership with budgeting and property-related financial decisions.

Education and Affiliation
Leigh Ann attended James H. Faulkner State Community College, where she developed a foundation that supports her work in property management, bookkeeping, and business administration.
Experience
Leigh Ann brings years of experience in commercial real estate, property management, bookkeeping, and office administration. Before joining Vallas Realty in 2019, she gained valuable industry experience with Saad Realty Group and Saad Development Corporation. In her current role, she manages the day-to-day operations of commercial properties while overseeing tenant communications, financial recordkeeping, lease administration, vendor coordination, and other accounting and administrative responsibilities.
