Current Responsibilities
Mr. Nichols is primarily responsible for buyer/tenant representation with a focus on
site selection and ground-up development for a number of national and regional
users. He also has experience in marketing assets for a number of institutional and
corporate entities. He is currently licensed in Alabama and Florida.
Representative Transactions
The Boulevard – Landlord representation of five outparcels to a new $80M+ multifamily complex in Navarre, Florida. Two closings to date include Buffalo Wild Wings for $1.485M and Wendy’s for $950k.
Sandy Sansing Automotive – Landlord representation of the sale of ±24 acres in Pace, Florida for $1.85M for a new automotive dealership
Tesla, Inc. – Tenant representation of two service center locations; ±15,000 SF in Brandon (Jackson), MS and ±11,400 SF in Pensacola, FL
Culver’s – Tenant representation and site selection for multiple units in Mobile, Birmingham, Florence, and Auburn, AL
Richardson, Inc. – Tenant representation and site selection for multiple Rich’s Car Wash units in Mobile, Prattville, Semmes, and Fairhope, AL.
Education and Affiliations
Mr. Nichols began his professional career in 2008 with Volkert, Inc., a large
multidisciplinary engineering firm based in Mobile. He was licensed as a professional
engineer in 2012 and was named the Mobile Area Council of Engineer’s Young Engineer of
the Year in 2014. In 2016, Mr. Nichols began his commercial real estate career with Vallas
Realty, Inc., bringing his engineering and technical background to provide added value in
tenant representation and site selection for several national and regional retailers,
restaurants, and developers. Mr. Nichols has gained a reputation as one of the area’s top
agents for retail site selection and experience in the development and entitlements
process. He continues to main his status as a registered professional engineer, and is a
Spring 2022 candidate for the CCIM designation.
Experience
Mr. Cook began his real estate career in 2006 with White Spunner & Associates, one of the largest commercial real estate firms in Mobile. He was consistently named one of the Top Producers of the firm. In 2013, he joined Vallas Realty Group, the market leader in commercial real estate and with proven track record throughout the Southeast. Vallas Realty, Inc. was opened in 2009, and has enjoyed unparalleled success along the Gulf Coast.
